How I work with Clients

For Human Resource Support, I work with clients on a singular contract or project basis, where the project duration is defined. I can either work as part of the organization or work from a remote location.

For Recruitment, I work on a contingency basis with a rate of 10% of the base salary of the candidate selected for the role. I also provide a three (3) month guarantee on the placement.

Each situation is unique and I encourage dialogue to determine what works best for the client.
